Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS Ground. Orders of up to four cards are packaged in protective rigid cardboard mailers. Orders of five or more cards are packaged in bubble mailers for additional protection.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you have a question about an order or delivery, contact support@grailgallerydiy.com.
All sales are final. GrailGalleryDIY does not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product photos, description, card number, language, finish, and other listing details before ordering.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact support@grailgallerydiy.com promptly so we can review the fulfillment issue.
We collect information you provide when placing an order or contacting us, which may include your name, email address, shipping address, order details, and customer-support communications. Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by GrailGalleryDIY. We may share information with service providers that are necessary to complete or support your order, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, website infrastructure providers, and email-delivery providers. We do not sell your personal information.
The site may use browser storage, including local storage, to remember your shopping cart. Our hosting and security infrastructure may also process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, and request logs as needed to operate and protect the site.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and other legitimate business purposes. Products sold by GrailGalleryDIY are custom / proxy collector cards intended for display and collecting. They are not authentic or original Pokémon Trading Card Game cards, are not official releases, and should not be represented or resold as authentic cards.
GrailGalleryDIY is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, or the manufacturers or publishers of the original cards referenced by our products.
Card names, Pokémon names, set names, collector numbers, rarity labels, artwork references, and similar identifiers describe the official card or design referenced by the proxy. They do not mean that the custom product itself is an official printing or carries an official rarity or market value.
Custom / proxy cards are not intended for sanctioned tournament play. Textured and holographic finishes can also appear differently depending on lighting, viewing angle, screen settings, and photography.
